The challenge? Our client, a leading Nigerian Ministry was having difficulty making truly informed decisions. Tasked with a transformation agenda for the nation’s struggling healthcare delivery system, their lack of access to real-time business-critical project data presented a huge challenge.
The Ministry’s project management activities consisted largely of a manual and physical system with lots of paperwork that was, not only cumbersome, rigid and inefficient, but it also failed to provide any useful project insight. It was time for a flexible end-to-end Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform, which would enable the entire system track, manage and report on its numerous projects whilst also allowing easier communication and collaboration with staff remotely and on-the-go.
